1. Our services
We provide premium mobile vehicle detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, full details, paint correction, ceramic coating, and headlight restoration, at your location. All services are subject to availability and our scheduling policies.
Because our service is mobile, we need access to your vehicle, a water supply, and a power source at the service location. If you have selected an interior service, please make sure your vehicle is unlocked when we arrive.
2. SMS / text messaging program
We use SMS messaging to enhance your customer experience with Apex Mobile Car Clean.
Description of SMS use cases. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us, including:
- Quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and reminders
- Service updates or rescheduling notices
- Promotional offers and specials (for example, ceramic coating discounts, loyalty rewards, and seasonal detailing packages)
- Occasional survey or feedback requests related to our mobile detailing services
Message frequency. Message frequency varies, typically 1–6 messages per month, depending on your requests, bookings, and our promotions.
Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
Carrier liability disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out instructions. To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message we send. We will confirm your opt-out within 24 hours, and after confirmation you will no longer receive SMS from us. You can re-join at any time by signing up again through our website or texting a join keyword to our number.
